About me
Hi, I'm Franklin de Bekker, a team facilitator / trainer, designer and creative strategist. My professional journey began 20 years ago by helping businesses look good, appear more valuable and build emotional connections with their clients, customers and communities. Today I have a passion for personal growth and unlocking potential in others. Over the years I honed my skills as a leadership facilitator, recognizing that adaptability and a growth mindset are critical to thrive in today's complex world. I love connecting people to one another and helping them connect with themselves.
I am also a part-time faculty member at THNK School of Creative Leadership. I help participants of their Executive Leadership Programmes to achieve greater clarity of their objectives, priorities, strategies & actions related to their endeavours. With a goal to facilitate the greatest level of business and personal success.
Throughout my life and career I've experienced that my design skills can add value to complex societal problems. Since then, I have been building an understanding on sustainability transitions and role creative practices. I'm committed to making a positive impact on the world, especially in the face of climate change. In 2023, I'm dedicating myself to an endeavor that combines my expertise and experience to actively contribute to sustainable solutions addressing the most important challenge of our time. Next to work I enjoy life in Amsterdam, spending time with my girlfriend, family & friends. I like running to gain clarity in my thinking and I love to ride my motorbike (Honda Hornet CB900) to escape to the beach or to our family home in Zeeland (NL).

Facilitating / Training
I guide teams from across disciplines through proven innovation processes. My goal as a facilitator is always to create an environment that encourages participation from all team members, resulting in exciting products and services. Working in this way allows teams to feel more empowered and aligned on their journey ahead.
Coaching & Mentoring
I help you to achieve greater clarity of objectives, priorities and strategies related to what you want to achieve. My goal is to facilitate the greatest level of business and personal success. I am a faculty member and coach at THNK School of Creative Leadership.
Catalyzing networks
As a networked entrepreneur, I'm able to quickly identify, connect, and catalyze experts to join your team from my large and diverse network. These collaborators will help to infuse internal know-how with outside expertise. This is an effective way to level-up your inhouse team when and where you need it most.
